The phrase “philanthropy” comes from the Greek phrases philos that means loving, and anthropus which means human type, combining to convey “love of humanity”. The word tradition means simply a group of a corporation’s core values, beliefs and habits norms. So, a culture of philanthropy promotes the love of mankind…caring for others.
If you’re accomplishing your targets somewhat too easy, I would suggest making your goals grander. For example, I need to raise $1000 to feed 10 households for the winter, and that’s an awesome accomplishment. How about raising the bar and raising $10,000 to feed one hundred households or even $1,000,000 to feed one hundred,000 families.
